Extremely hard to look up information for PO Box (basically impossible). You need a physical address.

Paypal should have never taken that as a confirmed.

Slingshot, explain your situation. Were you the shipper and you shipped the package to that confirmed address and the buyer is now claiming they didn't receive it?

OK well i think this may help you. Thing is you have to pay $1.95 and it will tell you his street address. No phone number. But i figured that it would be a lot easier to hunt this guy down with his address.

Your best bet is to call the Danville US Post Office (859) 236-6334 200 E Main St, Danville, KY. Ask them if that PO Box is at that Post Office and if it's possible to give you their first and last name.

Why don't you call Paypal and tell them that he has a PO box for an address?

Yes I know it's high tech tattling, but it might work. Won't get you any information on the guy but it might get you some money back.

Paypal does not prevent people from having a PO for their confirmed address. If this is an e-bay issue though, you can get all of his info from them. If he's a scammer, the phone number is probably bogus, but if it is they'll at least shut down his ebay account.
