beware of officedepot rebate system. Make sure you make a copy of everything before you send it off. The receipt, serial code, and the form. They jack me for 100$ because they lost my serial number and ask me for another one.

That is a freakin great price. Bought a similar HP refurb several months ago for about $1200.

Another tip for rebates - if you have access to a postage machine or eStamp, make a copy of the envelope with postage applied with your completed rebate form. The purpose is to have proof of the postage date.
