Start it low and listing fees are
just a penny.

List any item for just a penny when you:

* List it auction-style starting at 99Â¢ or less, and
* Specify your shipping costs
* Detailed Seller Rating requirement applies

March 25 - March 31

I guess this is because starting March 31st, no more electronic item auctions.
