Is this the same thing that you can usually get for $2-$3 with a promotional code that they always have going? Or is it a giftcard to use on restaurant.com to where you buy more $25 gift certificates (so I could buy 8 $25 gift certs if they are $3 each after promotion.)

EDIT: Yeah, I just saw that promo code. It makes it only 5 dollars. I'll sell mine for $3.
