They limit you to 3 free calls a day.

You type in what you want to say and it will send a call with a bot voice saying that. I usually use this to contact people on eBay who never payed.

The cool thing about this is you can put any name or phone number in the box and they will see it on caller id. I like putting Satan and 666-666-6666.
