Anyone know how to exactly purchase the buyitnow items on ebay and get the 20-35%? cashback

It may be dead, at least for now. Ive been trying to the same thing for the last 3 days and i cant get the live.com cashback link to show up. People on hardforums also confirm that they cant get it to show

I believe it's been dead for a while. The last one was 25% cashback. Hopefully they bring it back because I missed it too.
