Well, I'm going to write up a nice and simple tutorial on how to get some songs off myspace. I'm sure there are many other sites that this can work on.

For now, I'm going to get onto the show.

So you heard a song on myspace from your favorite artist and can't download it anywhere? Well, you are in luck. This is how.

Go to the site: File2HD

What you will see is a site with a textbox with get files after that.

Take your myspace bands link "www.myspace.com/underoath" and paste it into the box and check Audio and agree to the terms of serivce.

It will automatically see that you are wanting the audio files from that link.
You can now right click the links and click "save file as" and save the song.

*Note, file2hd.com has a feature so you can get the highest quality version of the music file you like..but, I have not had any luck with it*

I know you can use this site for imeem, youtube, some band websites as well.

If you have a site that is worthy of a recommendation on downloading files from please post above.

If this tutorial needs more detail or you get confused please let me know.

There are addons in FF that allow you to do this exact same thing.

That is true, but I find this one of the easiest steps for myself and others.

yeah i used file2hd.com myslef and its nice. for everything else i use Free Music Zilla to detect streams from websites.

Another way to do that in firefox is:
1. right-click
2.view page info
3.go to media tab
4. Everything on that page you are viewing is now available to you(pictures,songs, flash games, etc.) just highlight it and click save as.

This way seems complicated but in my opinion it faster and easier than going to File2HD. Just make sure that the file you want has been fully loaded.
