Default .Bat Command Tutorials

Hey. Here's a simple .bat command tutorial made by me. I will list the very detailed steps.

*Remember to save the file as .bat when your finished making it in notepad!*

1. Open notepad
2. Now decide what you want your batch file to accomplish. Lets say you want the batch file to open cheatingnetwork in firefox. In notepad, you would type in the following;

start firefox http://www.cheatingnetwork.net

Now let's say you want to open Cheatingnetwork in internet explorer. So do this;

start iexplore http://www.cheatingnetwork.net

To make batch files open a series of websites, just start another website on a new page. Example;

start firefox http://www.boomertowne.com
start firefox http://www.webridestv.com
start firefox http://club.live.com

3. You can also add messages to your batch file. The format for messages is this:

msg * MESSAGE HERE

Hell, you can even throw a rickroll/meatspin in there!

If you want to screw someone, use these batch commands: (I won't post the meatspin link, but you get the idea)

msg * PWNED!!!
start firefox meatspin
start iexplore meatspin
start firefox meatspin
start iexplore meatspin

There are various things you can do with Batch files. Make sure you save as .bat

Any more help, PM Me. I won't post how to do destructive things here.

+Rep if this is cool!

Lol very little people realize the true power .bat and command prompt has over winXP. Thanks for the short tut, but I would love to hear more added (As I know most of the stuff) - Suggestions could include making a simple click this, click that sort of bot etc Also would love to hear some of these destructive methods if you could PM me (I know alot of them already including the way to completely brick a computer...)
