go to START > RUN > enter cmd
now enter:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

figuratively speaking this will work. But for some it doesnt work for everyone.
The overall best thing to do it to just buy a rapidshare premium account, and download movies and sell, you can make your money back in under a week. Honestly its just flat out worth the money.

Yes, rapidshare accounts are worth buying vs trying the tricks to beat them. But...you only get 25GB every 5 days which sucks. Especially since you just paid about $9 for one month. For average users this is fine, but for power users who download a bunch of movies or large software files...your gunna run out quicker than you think.

Tried it before, didn't work. Wouldn't go out of my way to get the premium account either.

Why go through all that. If you have a dynamic IP, just disconnect your connection (Reset your router, etc), and reconnect. You'll come up with a fresh IP, and be able to download another file in less time than it takes to order a sub from them.

Depends on your ISP, some hold your IP lease for several months.
