lol. Its not a hack at all. I posted that name on youtube to attract more member to try this. Everything is hack hack k=hack for youtubers. thats when they want. My tutorial is like the only one that works on youtube the others are fake and illegal.

Yep. You'll have to use a bank account then.

You can have a paypal account without either but then you can't send money. (Unless you're Canadian)

i also know one way to do it, although I'm not so sure if I would do it.
I've heard many people have do it though based on the comments of a rival site.

2. Once you are on that page, it is suggested that you fill out the form completely with the information that is listed on your Paypal. (No Fake Stuff)

3. It should take you to the next page. There, you have to submit your email address along with your phone number and a desired Username.

4. After that screen, you are asked submit a password. Do so.

5. After verification, you must login https://www.netspend.com/account/authenticate.m

6. After you log-into the account, go under the Add/Manage money tab. There should be a sub-section called Paypal Transfers.

7. Read the instructions on how to further verify your Paypal. Its pretty straight forward.

8. Now you have to wait 2-3+ business days. Paypal will send your NetSpend bank account 2 increments of small change.

9. Enter it in on the Paypal Bank Verification page.

what is in the sub section was found in the public so i'd assume if these people found it, they can post it aswell.. besides, netspend will get you limited anyway.. I just got off the phone with paypal and they said they won't unlimit my account.


IF YOU USE NETSPEND OR ACCOUNTNOW OR ANY OF THOSE, THEN NEVER REQUEST A DEBIT CARD OR USE THE PAYPAL PLUGIN. IT GOT ME PERMANENTLY LIMITED.
