Ok i know im lazy basically i found a site that tells you how to download netflix movies onto your computer. as many as you want... you can then convert them to make a dvd or put them ona Ipod or such.

I have netflix and it's very easy to steal their DVDs.

For anyone with netflix, order your favorite DVD. Once you get it, go to www.netflix.com , login, and report that you never got it. They will ship you another one FREE! Then keep the 1st one, and ship back the other one they gave you. If you do it too much they catch on, but so far I got about 4 DVD's free. I also make copies of every DVD I get from netflix, but it's better to have the original. Btw that ripping trick looks too difficult for me, I won't even try it. Thanks

Yeah I tried it a little while ago, and it is difficult. The Greasemonkey script included in the post helps a lot, though.

Don't forget to put quotes around the URL when you're downloading, that almost messed me up.

Could anyone else get the greasemonkey script to work?

Yeah itami...you have to have the User Agent Switcher Add-on installed for the script to work

did you get the mirakagi program to find the keys for you?

Oh...I didn't know I had to enable the user agent switcher. I hadn't read that far down yet so I went to the normal method.

Didn't get mirakagi either, working on getting it the first way before I try it the GM way.

When i tried the first way, it didn't work. When I started using the GM script to get the links, it worked and was a lot easier.

Alright, the first way didn't work for me, it ended up downloading the file in a 0kb File. @.@

I'm gonna try the GM way now, when I get to the movie page it says I have to enable ActiveX. Can I just get the video URL with that still there?

I'm not sure....I didn't get that prompt when I tried it. It just shows me a download link under the Play button, then a window opens above the Netflix listing with the link in a text box.

I think I figured out what I did wrong. When I chose what name I wanted to save the file under I put colon in it and that's one of the magic keys files can't be named with.

Oh, I just usually use the default name that he GM script uses to save it.
