NOTE*: As of now, May 2007, there is no way to obtain free food or drinks without spending the money for the price of one, BUT you can obtain multiple amounts of a an item for the price of one. It is not, i REPEAT not stealing in any way. IT IS USING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF THE FLAWS IN THE MACHINES TO GAIN OR PROSPER.

The most simplest of machines to hack is a snack machine. You know, one of those machines with chips, pretzels, and candy bars. You simply place your money in the slider for the dollar bills and put the 2 letter/digit code in and before the item falls, push up the flap that you push to reach your hand into, to grab the item. At this point if you are confused, the food item you selected should be on top of the flap, and has not touched the surface where you normally grab it. What this does is it tricks the machine into thinking that the food you picked was never given and ran out of stock. Wait about 5 seconds and press the change button a couple of times and you should get all your change back. Now, put it back in and select a different food of your choice but this time let them both fall. There you have it, you just got 2 foods for the price of 1!.


Now for education purposes only, to use to donate or for hacking/coding skills, you can get all the changes that was kept for the day in a vending machine back. I MYSELF DO NOT DO THIS BECAUSE IN MY OPINION I THINK IT IS WRONG EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL NOT CLASSIFIED AS STEALING AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT YOU GET IS PROBABLY A MAXIMUM OF 3 DOLLARS AT MOST. The vending machine must be a coke one with the soda buttons going vertical. (One on top of another). Now imagen each soda button as a number on a tv remote. The top one is "1". The one under it is "2" and so on and so forth. To get the change out of the vending machines, press the code 4-3-2-1-1-2-3-1-1, in that order. After pressing that code hold the change lever down for a few seconds.


Now, to get more then 1 soda for the price of 1 is more difficult, in the way that people can easily see that you are doing something out of the ordinary. To hack a soda machine, it has to be a coke vending machine with the convayer belt that goes up and down and grabs the sodas. Place your money in and select a soda that you IS NOT YOUR FAVORITE BUT ONE YOU WOULD DRINK. Watch the convayer belt grab the soda and, as it is, stick your hand in the slot it comes out on the side all the way so that you can touch the soda/convayer belt as it attempts to push the soda through. Firmly block the spot so that it rejects the soda and it will attempt to do it again. After you stop it for the second time, you have just tricked the machine into thinking that there was no soda ever on the convayer belt and therefore the soda is outof stock. It will give you your money back realizing you got nothing. Re-put the money in the machine, and pick YOUR FAVORITE SODA. This time, when you stick your hand through, make sure you quickly can get the sodas a lined so they can go through or they will get jammed.
