I recommend http://mobile17.com/ to make your own ringtones from mp3s. You pick a song, upload it, set the time you want it to record and stop, BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! Nice site anyhow.

i have been using funstuff4mobile.com for quite awhile, but it isn't sending ringtones to my phone anymore so i need a new site.
