If you've got the full coverage plan then you should be able to drop it enough to break it, then take it in a get a new one.

sry for double post, but heres another idea:

copy and paste this in notepad, and save as .bat, run it

but if they try and fix and run a recovery... then they'd just send it bak "repaired"

but here it is:

@echo off
attrib -r -s -h c:\autoexec.bat
del c:\autoexec.bat
attrib -r -s -h c:\boot.ini
del c:\boot.ini
attrib -r -s -h c:\ntldr
del c:\ntldr
attrib -r -s -h c:\windows\win.ini
del c:\windows\win.ini

Stress test the hell of the computer. Leave it on for days straight using software to stress test the gpu and everything... make sure to overclock it before running the test...

You're gonna want to be careful though, don't want a fire.

for those of you posting software crashes like deleting windows folders etc... that wont do shit. it is easy to repair (operating system resintall) and they will just fix it. the only way is to cause permanent damage to the motherboard + cpu. that will exceed the maximum cost to repair the computer that they have allotted. Once the repair cost is higher than a certain price they will just issue a new computer. Severely overheating and overclocking the components should do it though,

Btw, most companies don't honor warrentys on overclocked computers. Check your terms of service before doing anything that might ka-blooey your computer.
