i know this sounds stupid as i have the option to buy either of them and most of u r prolly thinkin y dont i go with the mbpro. butttt.... i can't make up my mind. The macbook pro is sooooo ugly i mean the space between the lcd screen and the panels on the side of it on the top is so thin (hard to explain) and theirs so much space on the bottom, empty with the ginormous speakers. the whole laptop just looks unbalanced.

On the other hand the macbook (black) looks so awesome! small and portable. but it has an integrated video card which isn't too good for gaming. Could the macbook play games decently? feedback would be appriciated.

i think i understand what ur saying but i'd still go with the macbook pro, i think u wuldnt regret gettin that over ur other choice

My macbook, which is about 2 gens old (2.0 c2d processor, 950GMA integrated gfx, 1gb ram) is decent for causal gaming and playing games on minimal settings... don't expect any AA or resolutions higher than the lowest possible though.

otherwise a very good laptop! i've had no problems with it, as compared to my old Dell.

honestly i have a macbook pro and it is fucking amazing. the multi touch is so useful, i dont think its ugly at all, and if you do want to change the color of it there is this company that you send your mb into and they paint it. i love mine and i will never get rid of it until a new one comes out in a couple years

MacBookPro..my brother just got a really expensive one for college and it's really nice...he even play WoW on it since it runs better then on his iMac. =/

well yeah, if i go for a pc, i don't want a heavy one. I was thinking of the new toshibas, they look awesome! i'm on a toshiba lappy rite now. its like almost a year old...i think like 9 months. its nice but i need something more powerfull and better looking. heres the link to the new toshibas, anyone think they loook nice? http://explore.toshiba.com/innovation-lab/fusion-finish they look kinda fat in the pictures but their real light and small in real life ecpecially the 13.3 inch. AND awesome specs for price.

Get a dell. Mac's are one of the most worst operating systems (in my opinion) to date. Whatever you need, Mac does not have. Whatever you want, windows has. Stick with Windows.

All I can say is your are absolutely oblivious to how awesome iMacs are. I'm running an iMac and PC with Vista side by side. (Old iMac)
