I upgraded my Dell with vista to windows 7 and now my sound is gone. It works when i put on the head phones so its not the sound card but I think its the sound driver and i dont think I have the right one.

anyone can provide me the link for the right driver so i can get my sound back

just update your drivers, you mine as well get them all updated, itll take a while though.

we don't know exactly what model you have.. But try the dell website and look for a drive, I had the same issue, bu with hp and i downloaded a vista drive and it works flawlessly

where can i download the vista drives for my model? This is killing me

What headphones do you have? O.o I don't see why it would work with them and not your speakers. Unless your headphones have their own soundcard...
