Thinking of 3-D rendering in the future the programs can become more intensive, and could require more resources from a computer.

Steam <3
The reason I picked my mobo is because I am in college and it is an energy saver. The idea was that if I get lazy and leave my computer on it will be on lower settings and won't eat as much power. I had no need for more tha 4GB of ram so its good for me.

It would be smart for Ryutso to get a different mobo so he can upgrade to 8GB in the future. Btw- if you can afford it you might want to look at a mobo that can support DDR3 ram. Its probably going to cost more, but that is the direction everything in moving in.

Yeah I understand, that's why I said I wasn't trying to bash you. I've done similar things.

For a ddr3 board you can get some decent ATX one's for around $75-$100 and probably cheaper mATX's for less.

Heres a nice ddr2 and ddr3 board. Supports Core 2 Quads and Core 2 Duos and is memory capped to 8gb memory. It's under $80

(Try not to brush off the brand too quick, it's a sleeper)
Newegg.com - ASRock P43Twins1600 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards

Here's it's upgrade for under $100
