I put a blank dvd not working and i put dvd still not working and i dont know what to do.

Be more specific then; is your computer not recognizing a disc is there? Is it not loading the disc?
I'll help you, but that info doesn't tell me anything.

Ok i put a dvd but nothing comes up and loading the disk and i dont think it doesn't recognize it

Is your drive seen in My Computer? If not, open your case and make sure your Sata/IDE cable is plugged in all of the way.

ya it is seen in my computer and the dvd i put in my computer worked before

go to the device manager and uninstall the DVD drive then restart the PC. it should automatically install the drivers once you log back in. see if that works.

In Imgburn, click where it says destination and make sure you have your correct drive selected.

Your drive might be an old DVD+RW only drive and you may have bought a DVD-RW so you would need to buy a DVD+RW DVD instead.
Check that
