Reputation: 81 cBay Rating: | Dude, IMO you should never buy a hard drive unless you are willing to buy a 1TB one these days. Think about it, most 500gb hard drives are like $55ish, so why not just pay that extra $15 bucks and buy a 1TB? Look on slickdeals, there are usually a lot of 1TB deals for 70 bucks EDIT: Don't pay more than $30 shipped for a DVD/CD drive.

Reputation: 17 cBay Rating: | If your going to buy stuff from microcenter go on newegg and tigerdirect and look at the prices of the parts your are going to buy, they provide price match so if you find a HD on newegg for like 59.99 and at microcenter its 65.99 you can do a price match and get it for 59.99 and save on shipping.

Reputation: 9 cBay Rating: | That is a dual core processor can could go with the core 2 duo its 2.8 instead of 2.6 GHz if you have little extra money! lol Also ddr3 is newer and a lot faster witch makes it better, let alone the MOBO dosent even support ddr2 in this build.
