Newegg.com - PC2-5300, 2GB

^ any of those should meet your RAM requirement.

I can't believe how cheap RAM has gotten O.o

EDIT: link didn't work properly before, fixed

This is some decent ram for cheap, its better to have 4gb of the same brand than to add 2 more gb of a difft brand, sometimes they dont play well together.

Newegg.com - Crucial 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

For a HD, I would get

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar Black WD6401AALS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

One of the fastest sata drives on the market, and its only 10-15 bucks more than most 500gb drives.

Default Great hard drive. Do not get seagate

First, Do not get a seagate hard drive. I have built over 50 computers from scratch for friends and family and I have bought 5 Seagates. They ALL DIED. I would suggest the following

Western Digital Sata hard drive (1,500 people can not be wrong) - I have this one and it has been going 3 years strong.

Newegg.com - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives

It is only 64 dollars so the price value is great. Plus Newegg rocks.

Lie. Seagate has a 5 year all-encompassing warranty.
The only drives that are better than seagate drives are WD enterprise drives(Ie. the velociraptor) that have 1.2M hours mtbf.

The high-end Seagate drives are safe, like the Enterprise editions, Barracuda's, and the gaming drive.
