Default Antivirus XP 2008
Watch out, I could be wrong. But everytime that I am on this site a spyware program installs itself onto my computer called Antivirus XP 2008. I have no idea how it is happening but it happens on multiple computers when I log on to CN.

How to remove Antivirus XP 2008 (Uninstall Instructions)

Idk if it is just me but there may be a problem.

This happened to my friend too. What's odd though is that I didn't have any anti virus protection when he got it and he did :/

Download Malwarebytes and run the quick scan. It will remove all the crap that Antivirus XP installs.

umm, use latest firefox + adblock.. you shouldnt be getting anyway for fake software like antivirus xp to install. I dont run any antivirus software and haven't had a virus in years, ( i do a scan every once in a while.)

Wish I would of known about this Sunday. I'm not sure where exactly I got it from, but it was a pain to get rid of. It almost looked like it came from a pop up on one of those free hosting sites that are used to host bots.
