Ok, you guys I need a better welcome to CN forums graphic. This is what I use at the moment, but it looks cheesy to me. What I need is something that looks more grownup and has CN on it. It should be about the same size, have light bright colors, and have welcome printed on it somewhere as well. Go for it! Thanks.

I would like it bigger and with bright colors. The wording is good. Thanks for giving it a go.

Working on something quick tonight.. you want bright you'll get it...

EDIT: Alright here we go, just a first try at it. This is a picture I did about 2 weeks ago cause I was bored and never applied it to anything, I'll probably fix the fonts up later....

IMHO TJ's colour scheme looks 10X better to me than bright colors.

what type is used in orginal logo?

if your looking to bring in adults, light bright colors isnt the way.
maybe some bright colors, but lets remember older people have problems seeing light colors on computer screens.

The size is to be what I'm using in the first post. As for what older people can and cannot see on a computer screen - Unless something has changed, I am the oldest person on the site. I use the CN Bluefox theme which is plenty dark and I do not wish to place more dark images on a dark background. :cool:

Just something I put together, it's not really finished but I just wanted to let you know i was working on something, i can remove the laptop and put a bulb in the middle that is a ball wrapped CN Logo i can remove the electricity change fonts edit text change bg color or entire color scheme for that matter. Just kinda direct me in the right path and ill have a final product very soon.

I added the revision, i hope you like it. What inspired me was the PS3 Commercial with the song Ladies and Gentlemen by Saliva i dunno about you but I would be MORE than happy to receive this as a welcome image. Looks pro imho but then again it might just be the fact that i made it . I acually made one with 4 more petals from sites like Iwon and big devil, and was gonna fold in the 4 petalsand make a bulb in the middle that says Cheating Network.net, but when i folded the petals inwards there was barely any contrast between the tip of the petal and the body so i had to scrap the ENTIRE thing. +4 devotion points.

I like the look of the image without that laptop. Try a few things in there and get back to us. The background green is very nice, but the other greens are boring (sorry). How about a different color on the heart monitor. Nice look!

My dad turned 49 2 days ago.. so there you go. Now you haven't specified how many entries we can have in this one... one only?

Also Vieto try replace the laptop with a screenshot of CN website or something? and perhaps try adding a stroke to the writing as it's very hard to read and doesn't really stand out :s

Oh and any other suggestions you can give for mine? I'm thinking - remove the bungee cord and fill the bottom of the screen with usps boxes

There is only one prize, but you can enter as often as you like. The idea about unique entries in the video contest was so that someone didn't think to be a prize hog and enter the 'same' video 3 times. This is much more straight forward. If you are going to do multiple entries could you edit your original post and then just post that you did an edit. Thanks.
