You should make the Download Reflection Text Upside Down. So it looks like a reflection.

Very good, but I suggest taking the black off the green, and making the arrow and the green background shinier.

I didn't think you were that good, from seeing your other images. but this one is sick! Nice work.
I have one little complaint. The gray background looks square and ugly. If you have made that fade into transparency that would look perfect.

Looks great except the text kind of kills it with that gradient. Fix that part and that would be a fine logo.
