i can edit animated gifs for you.

example:
my avatar. i took an animated gif that had what u see in my avatar minues the HA HAs and a part before that that i wanted to cut out. so i cut that part out and added the HA HA.

i can do stuff like that for you, as long as the gif isnt too long.

tell me what you want:
-gif to start with
-new dimensions
-cut out parts
-add pictures
-other stuff you want
