Do you hack the firmware in the drive or install a mod chip? I here that mod chips are safer on XBL.

For anyone wanting to mod their 360, read this: http://360mods.net/Downloads/details/id=61.html
It's really easy, all you need is an $11 adapter, or if you have the correct chipset for your drive type, you just need a SATA cable. Then you pop open your 360, and flash the drive
Theres several ways to keep your warranty in tact too. I personally just put a hair dryer at the sticker for about 20 seconds, then just seperate the cases, they slide right apart without doing anything to your sticker


PS2: theres several methods, swap magic, putting games on a hard drive, or mod chip.
If you got a big PS2, hard drives' the best method, really easy to do, alll you need to do is pop a hard drive in their, and get the right disc.

i haev a skinny ps2 but i also have a fat one. how do i put the harddrive in/where do I get it?
