I think that's because the files aren't stealthed.

If your 360 is modded and banned or you never plan on going on Live, Then I'll DL it.

The ban wave was happening before this BC release and isn't directly related to it. I have my copy of MW2 downloading right now.

my console got ban from the latest ban wave -_- i only played 4 backup games too and all 4 were dl from 360iso. all abgx checked, and checked again after i burned to teh disk. dunno how m$ is findin out but they are :/

oshit, i hope i didnt get ban.... i havent played in months though.
if anything, just buy a new console, swap the core, and return it.
