What, in your own opinion, is the best one to use?

I bought a R4 off of RHS. Definitely worth it! It came in 3 day as it said. Through USPS.

I also recommend RHS but get a CycloDS(but if your not interested in all those special features get a R4) and buy your microsd from someplace like amazon cause its way cheaper.

I have the DSTT. Came in like 10 days from China. The thing is awesome, I bought 2. No problems with it yet. There's different versions of the package you can get, I would suggest the one with the 2gb micro sd card. If you want to play GBA games, you can spend 5 bucks more and get the one that comes with the pack to play them. DSTT doesn't by itself. Look for it on dealextreme. Whatever choice you make, do it soon, they're trying to ban sales to the US of these.

Do Not Buy The R4

Not only do they not support cards over 2gb's in size, they are no longer going to be updated thanks to Nintendo sueing the crap outta them. Get a and acekard, EDGE or a DSTT... Also dealextreme is always by far the cheapest:

DSTT: DealExtreme: $18.99 TopToy DSTT Multimedia Card for NDS and NDS Lite (Supports SDHC) (Sold Out atm.. they usually take like 3-4 days to restock)
DSTT w/ 2gb card: DealExtreme: $30.50 TopToy DSTT Card for NDS Lite + Sandisk 2GB TF
Acekard 2: DealExtreme: $23.01 AceKard 2 AK2 for DS and NDS Lite - Multilingual (Multimedia SDHC TF Adapter)

The M3 Real (DealExtreme: $29.60 M3 Real with USB TF Card Reader and Rumble Pack) is also very reliable, but about $10 more than the DSTT. I myself use an M3 simply to be different to all my friends as they all own the DSTT's I sold them, resold at $50 each and made a killer of a profit!

I just ordered a Cyclo DS and 2 AceKard 2's... In my opinion it goes like like this:

1) Cyclo DS is the best (most features and updates frequently with ENGLISH team), but it is a bit expensive at 52-53$ on dealwoot.com.

2) AceKard 2 is the best graphically (but not for long according to Team Cyclops...). It has a couple features and standard update, but the forums don't speak English so well. You can buy it for 22-23$ at dealextreme.com.

3) SuperCard One is on the same level as the AceKard 2 (if not worse). It has many features, but it looks like shit (from what I've heard). It's in between the AceKard 2 and the Cyclo DS at around 29-30$ on dealextreme.com.

It's just not worth it against the other 3 I posted... I did a lot of research for the past 3 days and I've learned that people who have the R4 or M3 or anything else switch to one of the carts I posted. Also, I hear it's buggy, and the other carts can do anything it can and more.

Yeah, I've been looking at CycloDS Evolution, and after a while, I think that's what I'll go for.

Honestly R4 ftw... It is flawless and I've been using it for ~ 1 year and I find it very easy to use and very fast. And, from what I've heard, M3 is just as good as the R4.

Probably because you haven't compared it to the Cyclo DS, the AK 2, or the SCO. I have no doubt it works flawlessly, but if you use a different card I'm sure you'd like them a lot more. Oh, and I heard they've been taken down, so very few if any updates.

No, I haven't used a AK 2 or SCO, but my friend had the Cyclo DS and I didn't like the layout as much, but thats just my opinion.
