I installed iXtreme 4.1 at 2x on my Xbox 360 and I found it was to slow for me, so I tried to reinstall it. I tried to restore it to the original firmware and it was working well until when it got to "Restoring 11/11 sector" when the .bat just closed itself. Not knowing anything when wrong I reinstalled iXtreme 4.1 at 12x and it said it was a successful flash. Is there something wrong with my drive and what do I need to do to fix. Also what do I need to do with backed up key.bat, was.bat, and new.bat? Thanks.

BTW: It's a Hitachi v46

I think there might be something wrong with your backup. You might want to try iPrep.

If you got a successful flash with 1.4 12x you should be fine, you can reflash any firmware that is present, even if your present firmware is corrupt, just make sure you still have your key

go to xbox-scene.com like keyinferno said, theres a lot of people that can help you there! i broke my xbox original and 360 and i got successfully helped! or go to www.xboxhacker.net the help there is much better, one time my brother accidentally scrwed up on the xplorer 360 and a guy from Team Modfreakz personally helped him over IM
