The guy is advertising information on getting Xbox Live free for life.

I can't find any sites online offering free codes at the moment, but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas about this?

Some guy bought it for 40 bucks and left positive feedback, but that's still no reason to believe that it's not a scam.

I'd be interested if I could get in on this...I generally not a fan of paying for xbox live, since I don't have the long stretches of time available to play anymore.

look at his feedback score. I suggest u dont do any transaction with an ebay member with feedback under 90%.

I think the information he gives is a scam. I've heard of this Microsoft Points code generator or something that some people say work and some people don't, idk.....

Big time scam he is from canada and canadains when they receive the money first in there legal system can say it is a gift so case over right there i do not suggest paying him unless you get the information first.

I wasn't planning on buying this. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on what the guy was talking about.

If it's the free month you get when signing up for a new account, I would imagine that he isn't going to get any good feedback for this.

He's only sold one of these so far, and got positive feedback for it, but it could easily be one of his buddies.

I've heard of code generators too, but I think MS is on to them. I've heard of people being kicked off live for using a generated code. Not sure how the tell though...

Even though...if there is any legitimacy to anything in that listing, I would want in on it.

If I find anything out, I'll be sure to let you guys know.

All the code generators do is follow the algorithm that MS uses for the codes...but its very easy to see if people are using codes not registered by MS...so yeah...not a good idea for that lol
