I try and request them, but it says, "Thank you for your interest. We're sorry, you are not eligible to receive this offer.". Anyone else getting this/know why?

Ah, apparently it requires you to be over 18 - but also stores a cookie that prevents you from changing the year then resubmitting without clearing the cookies. It finally worked, though, when I tried that!
