No, it means if you have accounts without xboxlive they can be used that weekend (team killers will be active ). If you already have xboxlive, you gets nothing!

why is it not working. its 2:10pm saturday 29th. put call of duty: world at war in, selected multiplayer, xbox live, selected my profile and then it come up with "The current gamer profile is not allowed to play on Xbox LIVE." whats going on?????

Um its PST time? It's 7:28 A.M. as of now. http://wwp.greenwichmeantime.com/tim.../pacific-time/ Also we think its USA only so that might also stop you if that's the reason its 2:10 P.M. where you're at.
