Simply go to the official Sarah Connor Chronicles website and look towards the bottom right hand side. There, you'll spot an "X-BOX FREE POINTS" form where you can enter your email address and gamertag.

By your post and the person who posted afterwards the promotion only lasted 11mins. Not long enough for a promotion and there's no links on the site to anything.
