Don't say FormatFactory, wondershare video converter, or xilisoft video converter

I have a nasty chest cod, been coughing like a smoker all day and hacking stuff up all day, now i have a wicked bad runny nose and my right ear is full of like fluid and i cant hear out of it. inb4 webmd, I don't care what it is, i just want rid of it.
