Here are some things you can do to get more visitors:

Post to your blog every day and ping each separate post.
Pay for links at LinkGrand(dot)com - only $5 for 1000+ hits
Join Autosurf sites - google autosurf
Join Safelists and FFA sites
Make Craigslist ads
Make a funny video on YouTube
Google "JV giveaway" sites and be a contributor.
Just make a guide about freebie trading and get started at aweber for $1 for your first month. Then place your guide in as the gift for joining your list

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that there are a million flashing banners. Maybe make a page for each program you have and give some input about each one.

As already stated you should try making it look more appealing , the banners make it look like a horrible ad infested blog

My suggestion would be to put tinyurl links to your refs , that way it looks cleaner and less ad-like. Hope that helps

Here is my opinion:
There are too many sites like this, with flashing banners and all of that. I, personally, don't like it, and if I didn't know you, I'd probably not join any of them.
You need a description for each one, and perhaps proof of payment.
Otherwise, everyone who looks at your blog will say "This dude is trying to make money from me."
