Yea their support made me wait 30 minutes and then told me I had to pay like 120$ a year for support I was like WTF?!

Yes, that is an overall A+ laptop for the price. good ram, hdd and lightscribe is a cool perk

What do you plan on using it for? Don't expect to play any newer games on it.

TBH most HP laptops just aren't worth the money they are posted for. That laptop is ok but if your looking for a gaming laptop or good support then I would not recommend that. I always found the Toshiba brand to be great. The support is usually quick and most of their computers are built like a tank

My sister "accidently" threw my Toshiba Satellite A205 laptop pretty hard and it survived.

Expect it to die a few months after warranty. You should look on Newegg and keep an eye on their laptop deals. They will have some pretty good ones this time of year.

has intel gra[hics and is dual core not core2 duo= sukz
unless it is 300 bucks or then its not worth it I can noy but agree HP=CRAPPY
