I am looking to build a cheapish gaming rig i already have a vary high end one that i built myself but i want one for my moms house. i have a budget of around 300-500. any help

I literally just put together a under $500 gaming pc through newegg. I was on the same budget. I can post what I got, and you can take Ideas from it if you'd like ?

Lets hope you're not one of those fanboys lol. BTW I'm not just some stupid nub who doesn't know anything about pc's I spent a week putting this together after a lot of knit picking and reading, I believe I did the best I could with the amount of money. Just keep that in mind.

I built the pc around this CPU specifically.

Since it has better cooling.

You can make adjustments to it, to better fit your preference. I think it's a good starting point.
