Reputation: 88  cBay Rating: |  low virtual memory ok my laptop is struggling alot and saying it has low virtual memory, would the best way to solve this to be to buy more ram?

Reputation: 5 cBay Rating: | buying ram would definitely help but im willing to bet your system just need a good cleanup download and run malwarebytes its free and should clean up of any spyware you have next use msconfig to remove any applications from startup that you dont need |

Reputation: 5 cBay Rating: | that and also increasing page pool/page file however you wanna call it if you have empty space you can also use usb drives as virtual memory. Most likely though you have lots of stuff running, check processes and make sure programs are closing out. If there custom programs that you download make sure that they don't run after closed and that they don't have memory leaks.

Reputation: 0  cBay Rating: | Try to increase Ram or you can also define virtual memory on right click on my computer -> propertise -> Advance -> Performance setting -> Advance -> Virtual memory-> change -> system manage or if you want to define custom size then add maximum Ram speed * 2
