Umm, run Revo Uninstaller and uninstall all the shit you don't need. Then get rid of AutoStart shit by going into the Tools section of Revo Uninstaller. Then use CCleaner and clean up your computer of shitty files you don't need. Then use a program called DeFraggler do Defragment your computer. And then restart.

Or...Reinstall Windows.

Delete your temporary internet files, all the programs you don't need, cookies etc. Then defrag it. Or you could take it to a geek shop and they could put some more ram (remote access memory) in.

Good answer, Do this as well as installing a good security system like ESet Smart Security! Also don't forget to clean out your registry with CCleaner when your all done!
