For you to start programming Java what programs do you download to test out your script and see if they work.. or just Programs NEEDED for java

you should try eclipse as an editor thats what they had us using in the intro course doesnt do to bad of a job atleast points out where some of the errors are so your not looking all day for them

eclipse may be too bulky if you need to deploy simple program...
