So they were supposed to have a manager call me today. That didn't happen. Looks like I'll be raising hell tomorrow. Good times.

Yeah I agree that HP's support is terrible. I broke my back-space key on my keyboard. I got this indian girl that barely knew english. She said something about a box after spending 3 hours on the phone. I got a box next day and shipped it out, it took about a week for them to send it back and now I have a screwed up hard drive. I tried reformatting it and I get the blue screen of death....yay fun right?... Now I am going to call them again and talk to another person that doesn't speak english and have something else messed up.

If someone doesn't speak english, whenever my friend calls he asks to speak to someone who is fluent. It works. And it seems that the second time you call, you get an american call center. Not sure why. I'm going to call again tonight.
