Well, I need some help designing my website. I already have the host and am very close to getting my domain name but I need my website first. SO I found a nice template and got my banner however after that I am lost. I am not a noob to computers or a script kiddie its just I don't have the time to learn html and all that, So i need someone to help me out. This is not a hard job at all, all you have to do is basically rearrange the template and add the forums. I do not have a lot of money at all so If you can do it for free it would be greatly appreciated or I can negotiate cuz I have a 10$ amazon gc and maybe some paypal Im not sure. If you can help me out please pm me or reply,

about forums.. are you talking like you have some HTML portal.. and then you need help with php forum board? like this one?

Yea, kinda like this, I just want it to be basic and simple so it would be easy to add things later like a rep system, forum minigame or something like that.
Edit: patt2k I could try going green for you if you help me out
