I ordered some prizes and I did not get an email after I ordered. You know the ones that give your confirmation #. is this normal now? I have not ordered for a while, am I screwed?

Sometimes they don't send order confirmation emails, sometimes they do. They mean nothing. Forget it.

This topic is posted too much, and as stated by someone above me, this is in the stickied FAQs (I think it is at least, too lazy to check).

If you want to mail CL/Support and ask them why you didn't get a confirmation email, I can already 100% guarantee the answer you will get. It will go something like this:

"Sometime confirmation emails aren't sent or don't arrive. If your points have been subtracted from your account, then the order did process correctly and there is nothing to worry about, we are currently checking your account for compliance with out ToS. If your points were not subtracted from your account, then the order did not process correctly, please go through the ordering process again."

And for reference, I have placed an order before, never received a confirmation email, and still gotten my prize. just wait, be patient. If you can't wait patiently, then go email CL, but I guarantee you you will just get a variation of what I have posted.

i ordered a canon camera, didnt get a confirmation and a shipping email. but i got it. no worries. if you want you could email them, they will just say that if tickets are deducted the order went through,just wait for 6-12weeks

I got tracking information for something 3 days after it came.

It seems ICHC is flagging accounts now. Seen many different people on different forums saying they are getting the "you cheated, you get no prizes" automated email.

the reason why you didn't get your confirmation email is because when you first login to your hotmail. you have to select which service you want to use, the basic or whatever. you must login to your hotmail account and ACTIVATE the email service before you get it. silly kids.

There is such email, but I've only gotten it AFTER emailing them... if your prize doesn't come just order it on another account, some people are just impatient so they bug CL "omg where is my prize?".
