on the order confirmation it says 6-8 weeks; also any back ordered item should be removed from the site and not put back up until all orders of that particular prize has been shipped. That only makes sense, but then again, this is MS we're talking about.

If the Washington Attorney General's Office is not the appropriate agency to handle your complaint, Consumer World maintains a large list of agencies that may be able to help you.

If you botted for the prizes, you have no right to even file a complaint to begin with. Not flaming or anything, just saying. Should'nt even post this since I doubt there is anybody who has not botted that uses this site (and autotypers are botting for you people that claim "you don't bot" but use those.)

Lest MS sends an you an email stating you violated their TOS or unless you've used a different bot since the last time you received a prize, I don't see why you shouldn't attempt it. This has nothing to do about "rights" and you won't know if you ever get your prize or not less you try. If you want to wait an inordinate amount of time, then that is your "right".

Creator of it must be mentally ill if he thinks the state will get involved against microsoft. You don't legally have a right to get the prizes within a certain time frame even if they say 6-8 weeks, if you did then there would be a class action lawsuit.

That is like me going after the government for not giving me my federal tax refund in 6-8 weeks even though they say that as well.

Mentally ill you say? Won't get involved you say? This is an excerpt my buddy sent me when he filed a complaint earlier this year. He got his prize 2 weeks after he filed:

Your complaint submitted to our office regarding Microsoft Corporation has been assigned to me. I have contacted the business and requested a response to your complaint within 14 business days. A copy of your complaint was provided to the Business. I will contact you and inform you of the response. Normal complaint processing time is approximately 4-6 weeks due to the complexity and number of complaints our office receives, however, processing time may be longer during times when the volume of incoming complaints increases. Your patience is very much appreciated.

I'm confussed. They're giving you free stuff and you want to sue couse it doensn't come in your favoured timeframe? It's not YOUR prize in the first place, especially if you botted it. That's just greedy man.

Well, for my club live, I did it all legit. For other sites, I bot/cheat I admit it. But still, I think it's better to just wait and have a low profile instead of going after then so they'll investigate your account.

They supposedly "investigate" your account anyways when you order to check for fair play so I don't see how that makes a difference.
