I swear to god they have retards doing support, or some crappy bot. I've been waiting on one of my controllers since early April, so sent a e-mail... the response i get.

keep on emailing them they are not on back order been getting 1 to 2 a month the past couple of months
my order to received time is 2 weeks to 1 month longest
ordered 6*9 received 6*24
2ordered 7*21 received 8*4 & 8*21
ordered 7*24 was shipped and supposed to receive 8*4 but ups says it is a system error to have shipping trace the package

Don't bother, my rockband has been on "back order" for months now. I ordered two from two legit accounts and they sent only one...

Well if it takes longer than 12 weeks and orders that take longer than 12 weeks are classified as backordered then you should be able to answer your question yourself.

use the following logic

if(orderwait > 12 weeks){
item is on back order
}else{
item is not on backorder
}
