When did you email them?

Do you want +rep if we think they should of sent it already?

I emailed them since they didn't give my mouse a confirmation email but they did email me back saying they will give me one when they acquire shipping information on it (which is bull since it is always was right after you order)

Also try sending a more thought out email, give dates or approximate dates (ie 1 week or 2 weeks), ask exactly what you are looking for, they could perceive that as anything from wheres my confirmation email to you not getting your item yet. Just try not to be so vague espicially with a copy and paste response company like Microsoft.

Its not that big of a deal, if your confirmation has not come yet. If your account is not zeroed then most likely your gonna get an email confirmation.

I was meaning to email about it, since they ask for a order confirm number,

I ordered since mid june and nothing yet, didnt even get an order confirm email from them

So thats why im trying to email all them about this, if it gets flagged or they tell me that i cheated at least I will know instead of waiting the whole time
