you would think for a company like microsoft you think you would get better responses ever if it is automated its like they just send out random responses

I haven't received my prize that was supposed to arrive on the 4th of august ups says it is out for delivery but has said that since the fourth here is

I've done that 3 time complaining that I havent got my Zune and I ordered it last November, they did absolutely NOTHING except pretend to care

is that even their fault? It seemed like they shipped your prize, and it's on UPS for not getting it to you yet. although the response doesn't make sense to your question, they can't sit there and answer each email with a person. like i said, idk what you want them to do on this one.

if he got the tracking information, that clearly says it's been shipped to the area, I'm pretty sure it's safe to say they shipped. Like i said, they don't have the time to respond to emails individually, just face it. It may not be the best customer support, but we're not the best customers either fellas, let's not forget that

Don't you have the UPS tracking number if they gave you a shipping email? If so just contact UPS

it is a phantom shipment i have gotten the same thing the tracking is fishy it only logs 1 scan at each stop when it needs 2 scans an arrival scan and departure scan

mine got to my ups and shows out for delivery since 8*4 i called ups and they say it needs to be traced and the shipper needs to start that and they say places like this will usually send another item instead of tracing

contacted arvatousa they forwarded to club live and they are looking in to it, it has been a week now since they looked into it

I have a similar situation...however, your problem has nothing to do with Club Live, so I can see why they are not being helpful. You need to contact UPS, not Club Live.

With me, I got a tracking nmber for a camcorder on July 18th. Yet it is showing Billing Information Received in the UPS tracking.

I have written Club Live at least once a week since hten, and usually they give me the standard "It is on back order" response. Today I finally blew up at them and my reply to them was something like "OK...so even though the prize is on backorder and not available, you decided to get a box...put SOMETHING in it that weighs the same amount as the camcorder, print a shipping label with my name on it, pay UPS to ship it (since UPS charges as soon as the label is printed), and send me a tracking number telling me that the camcorder was shipped. again...even though there was no camcorder?"

I repeated several times that I received a tracking number, and told that it was shipped. I even forwarded a copy of the shipping e-mail. I told them I didn't want any more canned responses and any response now should have some mention of my specific problem.

I know it won't make a difference. But it made me feel better to get it off my chest. It has been a MONTH now.

What is wrong with that? It departed Columbus yesterday and hasn't been scanned at its newest location. Being that it is the weekend, there is nothing strange about this.

There is nothing strange at all about the tracking that you provided.
