alrite so i called club live at 1-888-558-4483 and this guy named jason picks up. I ask him about my order and he refers me to their mailbox so i leave a message and he tells me that they will get back to me in like 30 minutes. I call after 2 hours and this other lady picks up saying that they don't do club live anymore and are not affiliated with them whatsoever any more. And so i argue with her saying that i just called 2 hours ago and this jason guy told me to leave a message, how can you tell me your not affiliated with them anymore? she doesn't let me speak to jason either. now i'm really worried because theres no toehr phone number to call them at, do you guys know any? the reason i'm calling is because i ordred the canon camera on the 25th and someone on here ordered on the 29th and already recieved his, the reason i'm worried is because i wan'st here for the past 7 days i was on vacation, and i'm worried that they already sent it to me and i missed it. Can anyone please help me out, i know there email it sux, i need a phone number, are they with arvato now?

Just because some people get their things early doesn't mean that you will. You have to go through their ToS check first.

no, this is the fundamental problem of people on this website. I'm sure some people get things at the same time on here, but it's a coincidence. When did you order the 25th of july? That means you've waited less than 3 weeks and you are freaking out. Just be patient man. They might more than one prize out at a time, but it's not in batches. You have to wait 8 weeks, then you can complain. Period

so why would someone who ordered on the 29th get it before me?? i don't see the sense in that, because i ordered a camcorder and i got it the same time as like 50 other people and we were like all excited. i stillt think they ship out in batches....unless they ran out of stock in the batch to give me one...

because it's just a matter of luck. I ordered office the day it came back like the 15th or so, and and have seen plenty of people get it well before me. Which means of course, they don't ship in batches. I don't know their formula, no one does. I'll say it one more time. Wait 8 weeks before you can anything to them. If you don't, they'll tell you the same thing they've told everyone else on here in an automated message. Look it sucks that people get prizes a lot sooner than others, and sometimes people don't get their prizes at all. Face the facts, we know that's what gonna happen, and there's no reason to complain, AT ALL, until 8 weeks have passed.

Seriously, even if you did end up being able to contact them, they'll just tell you the normal 6-12 weeks or whatever it is crap...

if you did in fact miss ups, which i doubt u did...they will send the order back to microsoft and they will refund your points (so they say) and you can order your camera again and wait 8 weeks

it isnt that much to worry about, u will get it eventually even if it take 20 weeks instead of 8

I guess the only reason i'm panicking is because i think i missed it, because i was on vacattion and i just came back. after hearing that this other guy got his cam i started freaking out and i coudln't wait to get home....to see an empty porch....

club live has really random shipping times, a lot of my stuff I ordered on July 1st still hasn't come.
It's always been that way, if you don't get it by the timeframe they give you, just email them, and something will happen, whether they refund your points or send it out then

did you miss ups if you did you would not find an empty porch you would find a ups missed delivery note

they try 3 times to deliver before sending it back and after one delivery attempt you can call and have the package held or sent to a different address or held at a ups location for pickup
