Now i'm not usually one to complain but I ordered some stuff from around july 1st to july 14th and its now august 10th and I still haven't gotten anything from them. Would emailing them do anything or should I just wait a bit longer. And I know that i shouldn't be complaining about getting free prizes and exploiting a company but i am

Yup i ordered a Coffee Maker on July 3rd.
I emailed them and they said that they will send a second email when my item ships.

Most likely because of the amount of orders, it takes a few weeks to process it to get the next line where it accepts billing information.
