Looks like they have the automatic thing that checks for addresses that have been ordered from 3x times. I got 3 of these emails today from ordering zoo tycoon 2:

You are receiving this email because you recently placed an order with Live Search Club. Your order was cancelled as a result of being an excess Hardware or Software order. As noted in our Terms and Conditions prizes are limited to three of each hardware and software. When a 4th order is placed for the same software or hardware item, it is automatically cancelled and tickets are re-issued for the order that was placed. Your account has been re-issued with 1,800 tickets for your Zoo Tycoon2 Zookeeper Collection for Win prize order. These tickets are immediately available to you to redeem for another prize of choice in our Prize Mall.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I don't see him mentioning anything about using the apt. trick. Think about it, CL would be doing something extremely unfair if they didn't allow sending things to apartments. And at least now they're actually giving back tickets instead of stealing them.

Apt people are still getting their prizes. As far as I know, CL updated their software. Every address you use is confirmed and corrected with the usps or something. If they canceled just for having over the 3 limit then that is normal. It would be interesting if they canceled your old order that was ordered with the apt trick while you have over the limit already.
