Our records indicate that you ordered a prize(s) in June or July of 2007 that we were unable to fulfill. We will be shipping this prize(s) within approximately twelve weeks."

Ordered about 20 copies of Vista on different accounts, and now all of them have received this email.

They state the orders will be shipped in about 12 weeks.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we thank you for being a loyal live search club member."
